- Drove cost savings and efficiency gains, enabling category managers to achieve 3–5% annual savings and reduce key process times by 40–60%, allowing greater focus on strategic initiatives.
- Slashed reporting cycle time by automating first-draft MD&A and annual-report generation (leveraging advanced AI algorithms), shrinking turnaround from ≈10 business days to 3 (-70%) and freeing ~500 analyst-hours per year.
- Developed a Minutes of the Meeting management tool which utilized Azure and Open AI resources for a corporate secretary to draft minutes of the meeting from a board meeting recording. It automated an 8 hour worth of effort to less than an hour – 87.5% reduction in effort.
- Developed backend solutions using Flask, integrating with Snowflake databases for financial data management – included data wrangling at the backend.
